Philosophical Framework

The Interamerican College of Radiology, fulfilling its mission of uniting the National Radiology Groups and strengthening the education of the specialists who are part of them, develops educational programs both on-site and virtual. In order to carry out these programs, the College counts on the collaboration of “CIR Professors”.

Being a Professor at the CIR is an honor to which one gains access by academic merits. The Professor must have a spirit of service and dedication to teaching.

It is essential for teachers to be familiar with the CIR, its philosophy, objectives and operating system.

CIR Teacher Profile

The CIR Professor is a radiologist who is an active member of the Radiological Association or Society representing his/her country before the CIR, of great human quality, with wide academic-teaching experience and recognized professional prestige.
