Challenged by the COVID-19, the Inter-American College of Radiology has committed to share resources from the best sources of knowledge, scientific research and technological information


 

The 30th Inter-American Congress of Radiology

The 30th Inter-American Congress of Radiology will be held in Merida, Mexico, together with the 19th National Congress of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Imaging and the 3rd International Congress of Diagnostic and Therapeutic Medical Imaging.

The Executive Committee, the Organizing Committee and the Scientific Committee are meeting with the aim of providing a new training opportunity, a space for discussion, sharing experiences, strengthening relationships between colleagues.


 

ISR - International Society of Radiology and COVID-19: Resources for Radiologists

Our Covid-19 website is constantly expanding, offering a range of freely accessible resources, with guidelines given by member societies around the world.


 

ELAR SCHOLARSHIPS

Considering the exceptional situation related to the COVID-19 infection, the Board of Directors of the CIR has decided to set a new deadline to apply for ELAR Scholarships: September 15, 2020.  The result will be reported on October 10th, 2020.

ECR 2020 Summer Edition – only online without face-to-face congress

Following our commitment to the participants, we are pleased to announce that ECR 2020 will take place as an online congress from July 15 to 19, 2020.

 


 

SERAM

Following recommendations from health authorities, SERAM postpones the Congress scheduled for May 20-23, establishing as new dates September 3 to 5, 2020.

This official publication of the Inter-American College of Radiology (CIR), is a series directed by doctors Ricardo García Monaco (Argentina) and Miguel Stoopen (Mexico). Each volume is coordinated by a guest editor, who in this case was doctor José Luis Criales Cortés and Doctor Fernando Gutierrez.

COURTESY INTERNATIONAL REGISTRATIONS

International courtesy registrations are offered by the organizing companies of the events sponsored by the Inter-American College of Radiology.

They are scholarships of attendance to the congresses and/or courses and are destined to the members of the CIR that do not lie in the country where the respective event is held. To become a creditor of one of these scholarships, a request must be sent to the administrative office of the CIR: cir.admin@servimed.com.mx.

This time the following registrations are offered:


SERAM offers registration scholarships to the congress for young residents or specialist radiologists up to 40 years old, members of the CIR. Priority is given to those who have been approved any communication to the Congress.



Offers 5 complimentary registrations. 



 

CIR Donations Program

The Inter-American College of Radiology initiated a Donation Program with the aim of receiving funding for general and private projects.
